2019 Busan representative start-up support project Bright Club new recruitment notice



Busan Metropolitan City and the Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center are implementing the 2019 Busan Representative Startup Support Project to discover and provide intensive support to excellent startups with high growth potential and are recruiting new companies to participate in this project, so please apply.

Application period

- 2019.03.28 (Thursday) ~ 2019.04.25 (Thursday) 15:00

Eligible for application

- Start-up companies located in Busan less than 7 years ago that can provide proof of performance within the support period



Please keep in mind that the information requested when applying (including personal information) will be managed by the Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center.




Documents to be submitted


Application (business plan), 1 copy of fund utilization plan



1 copy of business registration certificate



1 copy each of information use consent form and participation confirmation form



One copy each of national and local tax payment certificates



One copy of each of the last three years’ financial statements (limited to those who are eligible) 



Submitted documents will not be returned.




Selection procedure and evaluation method


1st document evaluation



2nd presentation evaluation

- In-depth expert review through 5-minute presentation and Q&A




Support details


Issuance of Busan representative startup company certificate (certification period: 2 years)



Financial support required for commercialization support (excluding VAT, KRW 8 million)



Implementation of a membership system to support start-up activities and welfare of Busan's representative start-ups
