This experiment, titled 'Eternal Employment', is a collaboration between two artists from Sweden. It was planned by Simon Goldin and Jacob Senneby. They planned this project after winning the Korschbaegan Station design contest to find public art ideas. 

Goldin and Senevi acknowledge that not having a specific task can be boring. “After industrialization, new, non-traditional jobs have emerged, and this experiment will be meaningful in finding the ‘role of labor,’” he explained. 

In the face of mass production and artificial intelligence, humanity will soon face the threat of overproduction. “We will all get jobs at Korschbaggan,” he added. 

Meanwhile, the worker's salary was provided by the Swedish Transport Agency and the Public Art Agency as prize money from the design contest. It is provided as a fund raised through long-term investment based on $633,000 (approximately 718 million won). Goldin and Senevi predicted that benefits could be provided for at least 120 years.
